Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the specific model of the ink or toner cartridges you wish to return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our technical team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if the item is defective.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement cartridges within 3-5 business days.
